1 qt. finely chopped rhubarb
1 qt. water
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup concentrated orange juice
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rhubarb in water until very soft. Strain the rhubarb from the liquid.
Add sugar to rhubarb juice, stir until dissolved, add OJ, and lemon juice.
Chill
Serve in tall glass with crushed ice and gingerale, 7-up, or charged water.
Suggest 1/3 -1/2 rhubarb juice to 2/3 7-up. Adjust to taste.
