4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 jar apricot preserves
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1 bottle Western dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in baking dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with apricot preserves. Top with pineapple. Pour Western dressing over all. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink.
