Brownies Recipe

Brownies
1 cup margarine, 2 c sugar, 4 eggs, pinch of salt, 1 1/2 c flour, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c cocoa, 1/2 c nuts (optional)

Frosting
6 T. margarine, 6 T half and half, 11/2 c sugar. and 1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and sugar, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix.
pour in 10x 15 or 9 x 13 pan

Bake at 350 F for 15 - 20 minutes.


Frosting
Mix margarine, 1/2 &1/2, and sugar and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 c. of chips. Mix until melted. Let frosting and brownies cool before frosting.
