Graham cracker pie crust, 8 or 9 inch, 3 cups of Fresh Raspberries, 3T. cornstarch, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 cup water and 2 T. butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain Raspberries, place 2 cups of berries in the bottom of the pie crust. Mis together until there are no lumps the cornstarch, sugar and water. set aside. In a sauce pan bring 1 cup of berries and 1 cup of water to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add the mixture and cook until it thickens. Add butter to thickened mixture and stir until it melts. Pour over berries in the pie crust . Place in the refrigerator to set. Serve with whipped cream.

If your berry mixture is not red enough you may add a few drops of red food coloring to brighten it up.
