Banana Nut Bread Recipe

2 c flour
1/2 tsp soda
1 c sugar
1/2 c melted margarine or 1/2 c applesauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 c bananas mashed
1/2 c nuts

Mix flour, soda in bowl. Add sugar, margarine or
(applesauce) eggs,bananas and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into well-greased bread pan.
Bake 350 for 80 min or toothpick come out clean
Can use smaller type of bread pans. Will take less time
to bake.
