1 baguette
1 T. olive oil
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced or diced

1 T. chopped fresh basil
1 T. chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
white pepper
8 oz. sliced mozzarella, diced
6 oz. cliced provalone, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Slice baguette, brush with olive oil & toast in 350 deg. oven on a baking sheet. Mix rest of ingred. place 1 tsp. on each baguette slice. Place in oven to 7-10 min. until cheese bits melt.
