2 lbs ground beef
2 lbs ground pork
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard seed
7 Tbsp hickory liquid smoke
5 Tbsp quick cure salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and roll in 2" diameter rolls 8" long. Wrap in foil tightly and seal and put in fridge for 24 hours. Put on broiler pan filled with water and puncture small holes in bottom of foil. Bake at 325F for 1hr and 15 min.
