1 - German Chocolate or Chocolate Cake Mix (w/ pudding included in mix)
1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk
1 - 14oz. bag caramels
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 - 12oz. package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/3 c. evaporated milk, butter and cake mix. Press 1/2 of cake mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 6 minutes, remove from oven and set aside. Melt 1/3 c. evaporated milk with caramels in saucepan over low heat. Pour caramel mixture over warm cake. Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over caramel. Top with teaspoons of remaining cake mixture. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
