1/3 C. Butter
1/3 C. Sugar
2/3 C. Light Honey
2 3/4 C. Flour
1Tsp. soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar. egg and honey. Combine dry ingredients stir into butter mixture. Add flavoring. Blend well to smooth dough. Chill 2-3 hours. Roll dough. Cut into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Temp. 375
