Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds fresh carrots sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in water until tender. Sauté the diced onion and green pepper in butter until brown. Turn off heat from sauté pan and add Cheez Whiz, let melt. Put half the carrots in a buttered baking dish, pouring half the cheese mixture over. Repeat with second layer of carrots and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes until hot. Can be made ahead and warmed before serving.
