Ingredients:  
3 cans whole kernel corn, drained (save 1/4 cup liquid)
8-ounce package no-fat cream cheese
small jar pimentos
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use corn liquid to thin cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Add to corn with pimentos, salt and pepper. Heat through in a slow oven. Serve warm.
