2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons honey 1 minced jalapeno 1/4 cup chopped red onion 2 ripe avocados diced 3/4 cup halved cranberries 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro coarse salt and ground pepper
Whisk lime juice, honey, jalapeno and onion in large bowl. Add chopped avocados, halved cranberries and fresh cilantro. Season with coarse salt (kosher or Sel de Mer) and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
