1 tube crescent rolls
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. silvered almonds
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 egg yolk
cherry or any other preserves
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Roll crescent rolls into 12 X 9 rectangle. Mix cream cheese, sugar, almonds, vanilla, almond extract and yolk together. Spread over crescent roll. Roll up and cut into 12 pieces. Place in muffin tin, cut side up. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove, with pastry spool to make tarts or wooden spoon. Place a opening or well. Place 1 tsp. of preserves in well. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Drizzle with frosting.
