( 12-oz ) thinly sliced deli roast beef ( 4- oz ) herb flavored cream cheese 4 lg. Flour tortillas 1/2 c. Green olives 1 med. Red pepper
Finely chop green olives and red pepper and combine with cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla and place deli roast beef over cheese layer and add another cheese layer on top. Roll up tightly and refrigerate sealed for at least 30 minutes. Cut each roll crosswise into pinwheels and serve.
