2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz package butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Set flour, baking powder and salt aside. Melt butterscotch morsels and butter over hot water. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Cool 5 minutes. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts. Spread in 13X9 prepared pan or larger and bake at 350 oven for 25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake. Cool and cut into squares.
