1 1/2 lb beef stew meat (fat removed)
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1/2 yellow onion, sliced thin
1 package beef/onion soup
1 - 2 bay leaves
2 cups cooked rice
cornstarch or flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stew meat in bite-sized pieces, brown in cooking oil. When done, remove from pan. Add more oil if necessary and cook green and red pepper slices and onion slices. Prepare soup mix according to instructions in large dutch oven pan. Add bay leaves, pepper, onion and meat to soup mix. Cook until meat is tender. Thicken with corn starch or flour. Serve over rice.
