1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 40z brick cheese - shredded
finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
let all ingredients sit out on counter for 30 minutes.
mik in mixer till smooth.
shape into a ball
refrigerate 30 minutes or till firm roll in nuts (optional)
refrigerate till ready to use - take out 30 minutes before serving
