For Crust: 1 c. Melted butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 c. flour Dash of salt For the filling: 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour 2 c. sugar 6 T. lemon juice
Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until light brown. For the filling: Mix together and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. cool. Sprinkle with power sugar.
