1 1/4 c oil, scant
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c blueberries
1 c chopped nuts
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Blend well. Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in fruit and nuts. Batter will be very stiff and heavy. Spoon batter into greased tube pan or bunt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 min. When cool sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
