1 roll purchased cookie dough
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
Fresh fruits of your choice
1 jar apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cookie dough on pizza pan & bake at 350 until light brown. Beat cream cheese & sugar & spread on cooled crust. Then starting at center arrange sliced fruits in a circle. Spread preserves on top of dessert pizza.

I use powdered sugar sometimes instead of regular sugar & sometimes I add a little vanilla flavor or almond flavor.
