1 small cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup instant rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2-10 oz cans condensed tomato soup
2 cup water
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and onion, stir in rice, salt and pepper, finely chop cabbage and layer it in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 inch pan, spoon browned meat mixture over cabbage, mix soup and water and pour over the top evenly, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover pan with aluminum foil, bake for 90 minutes.
