2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 can (1 lb) fruit cocktail (undrained)

Directions:
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Mix flour, sugar, soda, and salt together. Beat eggs and stir in dry ingredients and add fruit cocktail.
Icing: Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 cup canned milk. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves, then boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup walnuts. Pour over cake while still warm.
