1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 12oz. can Dr. Pepper
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three cake ingredients and beat until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add Dr. Pepper and mix well. Pour batter into three prepared 9" pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.

Frosting:
Beat first five ingredients until light and fluffy. Mix in nuts. Frost cooled cake
