1 lb. imitation crab meat 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb shredded Swiss cheese 1 8 oz. jar mayonnaise 1 tbsp. milk (if needed for smoother consistency)
Shred crab into small bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients by hand in mixing bowl. Milk is only added if mixture is a little dry. Bake in stoneware for oven to table to serve our of same dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
