2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. honey, plus extra for drizzling
1 egg
1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey.
