2lbs thawed has browns
1 stick butter ( real butter)
1 16 oz container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups shredded cheese ( your choice of flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sour cream, butter and soup. Pour mixture into buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
