2 15 oz. cans pumpkin
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 12 oz. cans evaporated milk:
1 cup chopped nuts
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pumpkin with the spices and evaporated milk. Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over top of batter. Add nuts. Add butter. Cover with foil without sealing edges; Bake @ 350 for forty minutes. Remove foil and bake another 40 minutes

Karen wrote this for me on pink Barbie note paper... through the many times I have made it, the piece of paper has gotten liquid on it, and smeared the ink........!!!! I just had to get this in this book so I can preserve THE RECIPE
