6 Chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 Jar Mrs.. Renfro's Peach Salsa
Ground Cumin, season to taste
Mexican Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Grill chicken breasts, sprinkled with cumin. Heat peach salsa until warm. Layer rice, chicken, salsa, and top with mexican cheese.
