1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 small can evaporated milk
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: Pinch off balls and roll out. Add desired filling and fold. Pinch around edges and corners to make half moon so filling will not spill out while frying. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
