6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbls. butter
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 c cottage cheese (8oz.)
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or pork sausage
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 8 oz. can (1 cup) tomatoes, cut up
1 6oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano crushed
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions--drain and then stir butter into hot spaghetti. When mixed well stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Put spaghetti mixture into a buttered 10" pie dish and form into a crust. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust.

In skillet cook meat, onion, pepper until onion and pepper are tender and meat is brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic salt and heat through. Put in spaghetti crust.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle mozzarella on top and bake 5 more minutes.
