1 T. olive oil
12 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 12" fully cooked pizza crust
1 box creamed spinach, thawed
4 oz. shredded fontina or mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. diced ham or bacon (opt)
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Heat oil in large skillet. Add mushrooms and cook 6-7 min. until golden and liquid has evaporated.
Place pizza crust on large cookie sheet. Spread creamed spinach to within 1" of edge. Top with mushrooms, fontina cheese and ham. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 11 min. or until bubbly.
