3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped finely
1 small red onion, chopped fine
2 T fresh basil chopped, or 2 tsp dried basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices french bread baguette, sliced 1/2 in thick
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, and cheese. Brush bread slices with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crisp. Put tomato mixture on bread, serve immediately.
