1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 T parsley flakes
6 servings of Potato Buds, prepared according to package directions.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, egg, bread crumbs, 1/2 can of soup, salt, pepper, and parsley. Press on bottom of 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until meat is done in the center. Remove from oven and drain grease. Cover with mashed potatoes. Pour remaining 1/2 can of mushroom soup over potatoes, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
