4 egg whites 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. almond flavor dash of salt 1 stick oleo 2 c cake flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 c. water
In a small bowl beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 3/4 c. sugar. In larger bowl, cream butter & 3/4 c. sugar. Combine dry ingredients & add alternately w/ water. Bake at 350º for 25 min. depending on size of pan.
