Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup pecan halves
Toffee Layer:
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F Combine all crust ingredients except pecans. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Press on bottom of 9x13in baking pan. Spread pecans over crust.
Combine 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until entire surface begins to boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour evenly over pecans and crust.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chips to melt, then spread over surface of bars. Allow to cool completely before cuttting.
