Ingredients:  
3-4 cups uncooked chicken breasts cut into chunks
8oz cream cheese, softened
2 cans cream of chicken soup
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 T poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
MIx soup and cream cheese.Add chicken and mix. Place in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix crushed crackers and poppyseeds. Pour over top of chicken mixture. Pour melted butter over crackers.
Bake at 375F for 35-40 min
Serve with rice.
