SANDWICH:
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. soft type margarine
3 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. finely chopped ham
1/3 c. pickle relish
3 T. prepared mustard
20 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed


FROSTING & DECORATION:
2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
c. margarine
c. chopped fresh parsley

SANDWICH:
Blend together cream cheese and margarine and divide mixture into 2 equal parts. To one part add chicken, lemon juice, curry powder and nutmeg. To the second part add ham, pickle relish and mustard. *Place 4 bread slices on a serving platter and spread with half of the chicken mixture. Top with 4 more bread slices and half of the man mixture, Repeat from * and top with last four bread slices.
FROSTING:
Blend together cream cheese and margarine and frost your sandwich cake. Top with parsley for decoration

This has been a family favorite for years at Christmas time. It is a great appetizer for showers and birthdays as well.
