2 to 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 T. melted butter or margarine
c. crushed crackers, bread crumbs or croutons
c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
tsp. dried oregano leaves
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. paprika
tsp. onion powder

Directions:

Wash chicken and pat it dry with paper towels and set aside. In a bowl, combine crumbled crackers, bread crumbs or croutons with seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Mix it well to blend. Melt the butter. Dip the chicken into the butter and then into the crumb coating. Arrange the chicken single layer in a lightly oiled ovenproof baking dish. Bake chicken wings at 375F for about 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly brown and done. Chicken should be tender.

For a healthier twist use egg instead of butter for dipping and use almond flour instead of cracker crumbs, bread crumbs or croutons.
