Directions:
Directions:
Peel a thick skin off the potatoes, deep fry in cooking oil until they start turning brown. Drain on paper towels like french fries, and sprinkle salt on them. Ranch dressing makes a good dipping sauce, you can use cheese or any dipping sauce you prefer.
