1 large head of broccoli
4 T. butter, separated
2 T. flour
1/2 package (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 T. crumbled Blue cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender and drain well. In saucepan, melt 2 T. butter; stir in flour. Add cream cheese, Blue cheese and milk. Cook till bubbly stirring continuously. Stir in broccoli. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake covered at 350F for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
Topping:
Toss crushed crackers with 2 T. melted butter. Add topping before serving.
