Salt & Pepper (tsp.)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 full egg
1/2 lemon squeezed for juice
Squirt of hot sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4-5 large cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients, add 3/4 cup of olive oil. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve over romaine lettuce and top with crispy bacon and croutons.
