1 pint Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar, or less
3 carrots – grated
1 small green pepper, chopped fine
1 small red onion, chopped fine
16 oz. colored Rotini noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise & milk slowly. Add vinegar & sugar, mix until dissolved. Cook noodles, drain, cool. Add carrots, peppers, onions, then add salad dressing. Add spices as you like. Mix well.

Can refrigerate for up to 10 days.
Better if you make at least 24 hrs. before serving.
