1 1/3 c. cooked rice
1 can cooked broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Hot Ownes sausage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
3 T. hot sauce
1-2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage, celery and onion. Cook until brown. In a 13x9 inch pan, combine rice, eggs, sausage mixture, chicken soup and chicken broth, cheese, and hot sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
