Sweet Potato Mixture:
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Topping:
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sweet Potato Mixture:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Topping:
Melt margarine and stir in brown sugar. Add the flour, then nuts. Mix all until crumbly and sprinkle on sweet potato mixture.
