"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls 2 Tbsp ranch dressing 1/4 cup real bacon bits 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped green onions
Heat oven 350º. Unroll dough and separate into 2 long rectangles. Press into 12x4 inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Spread salad dressing over each rectangle to edges. Sprinkle each with bacon, cheese and onions. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With sharp knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 17 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Immediatley remove from cookie sheet.
