3 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp.Baking Soda
3 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. Bananas, cut into small chunks
1 - 8 oz. can Crushed Pineapple [with Juice]
1 c. Coconut
2 c. Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350. Spray a Bundt Pan or Tube or 9" X 13" Pan with cooking spray for baking.

In large bowl mix Flour, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Baking Soda - by hand do not use a Mixer - Add Eggs and Oil and mix well, stir in Bananas, Pineapple, Coconut, and Nuts. Pour into prepared pan and bake approximately 1 hour [Bundt or Tube] or less for 9X13 - depending up the size of pan chosen.

Top with favorite frosting or icing or serve with none.
