Fresh Tuna Steaks
1 bottle of Italian Dressing

Directions:

Marinade Tuna overnight in the Italian Dressing
Set grill on between 300-350 degrees.
Grill slowly until fish is cooked through.
That's it!

In 2008, Steve, Susie, Brooke, Nick,(Rooney) Paul, Nicole, Brian and I (Greenwood) went deep sea fishing in the outer banks and caught 400 lbs of fresh tuna. This was the recommendation from the boat hand on the best way to cook it. We all loved it and still cook it this way. Yum!
