2 lb. shrimp in shells
1 lb. polish or kielbasa sausage (cut into 1" pieces)
3 ears of corn broken in half
1 bag of Old Bay Seasoning
3 cans of beer
3 cans of water
Cocktail sauce: 1 cup ketchup, 2 T. horseradish
1 T. lemon juice, 1 T. Texas Pete to spice flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Bring beer, water and seasoning bag to low boil; add sausage and simmer for 10 minutes; add corn and boil 15 minutes; add shrimp and bring to boil until shrimp turns pink (do not overcook shrimp).
Mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice and Texas Pete to make Cocktail Sauce. Serve with above.
