1-1/2 lbs. Hamburger
1-cup tomato juice (can use tomato paste, tomato soup, ketchup, etc enough liquid to make a cup)
1 egg
quick oatmeal
1 medium/large onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
Optional Chopped Bell Pepper, add in when you add the onions.

Beat egg in mixing bowl; add tomato juice, salt and pepper. Blend well. Stir in oatmeal and chopped onions. With hands, mix hamburger well and form into ball, place in pan & form to fit pan. For a thicker meatloaf, put in a loaf pan; for a thinner meatloaf , use a shallow wider pan.
Bake 350 - 1 hour
