Salmon
1 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 T. Worcestershire
1 T fresh minced garlic
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 T. powdered ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except salmon, together and marinate for four hours. Cut Salmon into serving size pieces. Can either be grill or broil, basting with marinade.
